Matt Duenke has been leading Duenke Family Properties since 1994 and is a member of the second generation of the family-owned business. He joined the business in 1983, under the tutelage of his father, Burton Duenke, and through many years of service is extremely well-versed in the various operations. Matt is especially skilled in real estate project development and construction.
Tom Wismer joined the Duenke Enterprises team in 2014. He is a highly-skilled accountant, and provides the company with outstanding financial leadership. His attention to quality and detail in the financial aspects of operations and project development helps to ensure our continued success.
Tina Carr joined Duenke Enterprises in 2006 and brought with her a breath of legal skills related to the real estate industry. She currently manages all company contracts and leases, as well as oversees the properties at The Estates at Palisades Highlands, Oak Creek, Palisades Commons, and Palisades Village. Her attention to detail and astute service to our customers is second to none.
Kim Hansen joined Duenke Family Properties in 2006 and continues to provide outstanding administrative skills and accounting support for the company. Kim currently handles the complex details of both client and vendor accounts, as well as offering innovative solutions on a variety of company projects.
Roy Osborn joined Duenke Family Properties in 2007 and in conjunction with Robbie Whittle, manages and oversees maintenance of the company’s physical assets. Roy brings extensive technical and mechanical skills to the company, and is Lead Facilities Manager for Tan-Tar-A Estates.
Robbie Whittle has been with Duenke Family Properties since 1998 and in conjunction with Roy Osborn, manages and oversees the maintenance of the company’s physical assets. Robbie is skilled in handling utilities and property development, and is Lead Facilities Manager for Oak Creek, The Estates at Palisades Highlands, Palisades Commons, and Palisades Village.
Meghan Duenke joined the family business in 2012 and is learning the work from the bottom up. She brings exceptional organization and administrative skills to the job, along with customer service that only comes with such a personal connection to the company. Meghan currently handles the multitude of tasks related to managing multiple properties.
